You give much importance to your writers… the best that I ever encountered. More power to RWC!
Everything sounds great, especially in terms of bonuses and revision requests. Many customers fail to specify what exactly they want to be revised. From now on we will have everything needed to write superior quality papers!
This is just great. Thank you RWC for the great job.
Great! I like,I like! The change on the revision and bonus will is a plus!
That’s great news guys! Now we are talking. A major step in the right direction. Kudos!!
Great changes. Thanks for improving RWC and especially the one about rookie writers. kudos
Quite motivating
Fab…as a writer it can be confusing to know exactly what revisions are necessary!
I think the changes are good because they are meant to motivate the writers and improving our experience with the company.
Thanks a lot guys! We appreciate your feedback! Thank you for staying with RWC!
I am looking forward to the exciting changes ahead
It is a wise decision to have the customers give clear instructions regarding revision requests because some keep on saying their requirements have not been met yet they do not specify them.
That is great. It gives us motivation to work harder. Thank you RWC Team!
Thanks a lot RWC Team. This is great! This will give an advantage to new writers; hence motivate them to work hard.
For the shortest time I have worked with RWC, I have come across structured changes that really motivates writers. Kudos! For every effort that you initiate and equally implement to develop your writers and RWC staff.
This is wonderful. The changes are welcome, especially the one about new writers. Bravo RWC
This is a great motivator. Thanks RWC
This is wonderful. Thanks a lot RWC team, the new writer feature is so good.
Thanks again, guys! Thank you for making RWC community stand out! Have a great day everyone!
The most distinguishing feature of RWC is that it very friendly to new writers.By dropping requests it is even more friendlier. Keep up this open policy. The positive feedback bonus is good motivator.
This is great guys. It’s a real motivation to writers. Thank you.
Well, let me join the bandwagon in welcoming the new innovation. It`s truly one of its own kind.
Long gone are the days when writers at RWC used to receive negative comments.
Thank you for these positive changes. It has been extremely difficulty for new writers (1st status) to get orders.Good work RWC team.
I really can’t wait for it to be implemented. we rookies have been the underdogs it’s time we played with the big dogs. Great
This is great especially for new writers but is there anything you can do for your rate per page?
Thanks a lot for your feedback, Panya! But the prices per page aren’t set out of nowhere – the prices are based on the market average and FYI – are still higher than the average. Again, there aren’t that many orders with the basic PPP to start with. And that’s because for a native speaker level – these assignments are primitive. Thank you.

This is really motivating especially the part for new writers. Thank you RWC!
that great! I am a level 1 writer but as soon i click available orders to apply, it has already been taken by other levels. this gives the high levels advantage over the level 1.
I want to join your freelance company as the terms and conditions seem favourable(Basing on positive remarks on your blog.Just for curiosity, when is the high season going to start?
There is no specific date, I mean, we had some spurs of activity during summer. It’s autumn generally, closer to the end of semester. Thanks
Do you currently give accounts for IT specialists?.
Kind Regards.
Dear Gabriel,
Unfortunately, at this time we are a specialized community for freelance writers. But there were suggestions to add a section for IT specialists. At this point, sorry, but we can’t help Good luck!
I am happy that at my level I will be able to pick some orders directly. As a by the way, would you please consider moneybookers as a payment option?
Hello Norman – as replied earlier, in the previous comments: the Billing Dpt. is researching the topic on Moneybookers – right now we CAN’T guarantee that the payment method will be approved. Thank you.
hey Alex, whats the secret to proofreading?Am unable to detect grammar mistakes in my test assignment,do you have a tool I can use.Software maybe?
No, we don’t use any specific tools, apart from our plagiarism finder and word processing program. The works are checked by our editorial staff, they have years of experience. That’s why for them it’s a lot easier to find any possible mistakes. It’s not always grammar, when it comes to test assignments: they also look into the vocabulary, the sentence structure – more primitive forms of sentence composition also count as a flaw in the test task. So as you can see – it’s more than simple and straightforward grammar issues. Thank you for your question
I hope the proposed changes are almost being implemented since new writers (including me) hardly get opportunities. And what has happened, there are only few assignments.is the high season coming?
Yes, of course, it’s just that the system became more efficient and you don’t get to see the orders sticking around the Available orders section. Don’t worry – you’ll be able to witness the high season. Thank you.
“it’s just that the system became more efficient”…do you actually mean that you no longer list all orders in the available orders section?
No, it means that the orders are being taken quicker from the available orders section. What’s the point of hiding any order from the available orders section?
[...] of the basic changes were highlighted in the previous article. But this time, I’m going to tell you about some of the most significant updates. Status [...]
I am happy that your are continuosuly making sure that writers’ needs are met. I was however wondering what one can do to obtain feedback from clients because most of them hardly give any. This way writers can benefit from their good work more often.
Kind Regards.
Well, when the order is completed the customers receive an e-mail with a request to provide feedback on the completed work. There’s also a special button on the order details page, which allows them to provide feedback by themselves. Apart from that we can’t encourage the customers any further – it will be quite intrusive. You can try sending a message to the customers upon completion, with the request to provide feedback on the order. Thank you for your inquiry!
I like the way you continually make sure that both writers’ and clients’ needs are met. I was however wondering what one can do to obtain feedback from clients because most of them hardly give any. This way, writers can benefit from their good work more often. In addition, I believe this will promote better performance.
Kind Regards.
this are good develeopments at RWC!! keep up the good work.
Was altering the statuses the right move really? I hope this is a pilot study.
First of all, we didn’t alter the statuses – we basically just added another one, giving more rights for each one of the statuses within the system. How can this be a wrong move – more power to the users? We are sure that pretty soon you’ll get to appreciate the changes:) Thank you for your question:)
Im a four star writer, i see fifteen orders but all of them have the “request order” icon. Were the stars downgraded?
You can’t take orders of ‘high risk’ level – others: low risk, medium – are for you to take. High risk orders will have to be requested from the Support Team. Thank you for your question:)
Well, I will wait for like a week or so and see whether it is all about our empowerment. Currently though, I have not experienced more rights or empowerment. In any case, it has been more harmful that good. Its kind of a status downgrade as Phil puts it, and less freedom of choice. So far its demotivating for higher status writers.
So Alex I noticed that the ‘take order’ button is no longer available for my status. I now have to ‘request order’ from support. Does this apply for all orders? Since yesterday when i started using the ‘request order’ button am yet to get any orders assigned to me. I would rather you had stuck to the ‘take order’ button. Anyway i like the other changes especially the 10% bonus on any order with positive feedback
Great – we are glad that you appreciate the bonuses that we are offering:) As for the available orders – unfortunately with your status 2 a lot of the orders will not have the Take Order button. But, please stand by – as the available orders will have more offers – you’ll get the chance to find an appropriate assignment just for you! And keep requesting those orders Thanks!
I think the new move is quite degrading for writers with higher statuses since we have lost freedom of choice in taking orders as it used to be. I wish it would be reverted as it was in the beginning. Thanks a lot.
Dear, Joel! We appreciate your feedback! Thank you for your work and efforts. Your feedback will be documented and passed on to our management. Thanks and have a great day!
Well, i believe that the changes are meant to make us better. It is a great move and we have to appreciate. I believe what Alex said in his response that “We are sure that pretty soon you’ll get to appreciate the changes”. Waiting patiently.
Thanks a lot. Joseph! We appreciate your support:)
Even though my status hasn’t changed, I have lesser rights than I had before at my writing level. I expected that 5-star meant an increase in incentives. I feel I will have to work harder basically to get back to where I was before this change happened…when I could pick whichever order I wished. Its a bit frustrating to see an order that I can handle pretty well but I have to go through the request process. I suspect this will increase the workload for support as they sift through each request. I however expect that this was thought about earlier, the company must have the big picture.
I will give the company benefit of doubt though and see how everything turns out.
Thank you for your comments, Phil, we love the fact that our users are ready to offer their feedback. As for your comments: you should see the efficiency of the system within the coming weeks – as the high season is reaching one of its peaks. And yes, we have been working on the system for a long time, so we are pretty sure, that you’ll get to appreciate it after getting used to it. I’ll pass on your suggestions to the management. Thank you:)
well, this is quite discouraging.hope it will get better with time.
yes, Joseph! We are working to make the system better for you! The result should be different from the initial project. We always cared for the writers equally as for the customers!
Hi Alex,
Did the implemented changes affected the rate at which orders are being edited? At the moment orders take as long as ten good hours being edited. What is the problem?
Thanks
Dear Alfred,
There are a lot of factors, which affect the editing process: the new procedure, some tweaks in the plagiarism checking software, plus general work load for the support. So I can’t tell you specifically what affects the orders processing, it may be subjective, in your case – but we are working to optimize the system, as stated earlier. As for the editing time – all of the time the order has spent in the Editing section is added back to the deadline, in case of a long wait. But we are working on it! Thank you.
