Judging by the reactions that we have received from the first article highlighting the new features of the admin panel, we can see that you are as excited about the new interface as we are! We are really glad here, at the ResearchWritingCenter project that you are eager to use the new interface.
Believe me, its reveal is close. But for now, I’ve prepared some more teasers for you. These new screenshots disclose more info and options about the new functionality that the admin panel will have to offer.
So what other features you might expect from the new admin panel? First of all, you will be able to deal with your payment methods a lot easier than it used to be. Now you will be able to make changes to your payment methods on the go, all by yourself and right from your account. As you can see from the screenshot below, dealing with payments will be easier. You will be able to edit the payment details yourself, instead of contacting us.
This should offer you more time that you can spend completing your orders or for your own pleasure. Of course you have to remember that the payment method you choose should be on the list of the approved methods. And since everything should be handled on a more automatic level, you have to make sure that the payment method you provide is complete, secure and correct.
Apart from that, if you have a new payment method, which is not in the approved list, you have to contact the administration over the “Escalate to Manager” option.
Another feature that we are enhancing for you is the “Info Menu” within the admin panel. It will be more informative than ever before. For example, here an excerpt from the new “Penalties” table available.
As you can see, will also be more interactive. We are sure that it will be easier to grasp and navigate.
There’s also going to be some new stuff, for example our FAQ section. It should be useful for the new writers, as well as for our old timers, who have been working with the RWC for a long time. It will offer around 30 questions that are frequently asked by our users. And of course they will contain responses, with appropriate links that might be useful for you.
And last, but not the least – we have created a new page that should be able to assist you in the working process with the RWC. It provides information on how the internal system works, how the support team checks the orders, what are the criteria of order verification and much more. The name of the page is self-explanatory – “How it Works”. And here’s a screenshot for you from the main menu of the page with the chapters it will have:
It should be able to explain the whole process for all of you to make a better professional connection between you and the RWC staff.
