Website Improvements Are on the Way!
Some of you folks, who’ve worked with us for a long time, may have in the past observed how we made improvements to the admin panel on our website. We always try to base these upgrades, in functionality and ease of use, on your constructive comments.
The Support Department routinely forwards your input and requests to the Information Technology staff. The IT elves determine which ideas are technically doable, and then they work their magic to increase the quality of your experience with us.
Knowing this, I was really pleased to find out recently that IT is in the midst of preparing a new update for the admin panel. This time it will be more of a functional change, although the IT Department has not shared many details yet, since this is still a work in progress.
By the time you see it, you can expect a whole bunch of wonderful changes to the new interface, with new functions for your convenience! IT has really tried to eliminate bugs which were interfering with your work.
As soon as I can get my hands on the new admin panel I will be testing it. We are also creating video/flash lessons for you, in case the changes are too overwhelming.
This new admin panel will be new to all of us, so these lessons should reduce the number of questions to Support. They’re going to be seeing this for the first time as well, and we are trying not to overload them.
I can’t wait to get a chance to try out this shiny new admin panel =).
